No need to spend money on vitamins and supplements...
Gaining 10 kg in the course of three months due to being lethargic, feeling burnt out and using medication which had the common side effect of weight gain, caused me to lose a lot of confidence and to hate the way I looked. I was fortunate that a friend introduced me to “Why Weight Body Toning Salon”. I soon realized what a true and clever name “Why Weight” was as I thought to myself, “Why wait! It is now time for me to look after myself, burn fat, lose inches and to hopefully feel better within myself.”
All my life, apart from the previous five years, I had been physically active. During the last five years I allowed work and family commitments to come before looking after myself. I didn’t want to go to a regular gym as I was tired of that routine- the loud thumping music, lack of personal guidance, and, I was concerned, being an android body shape, that my muscles could bulk up instead of the long, lean, toned, healthy look I so desperately wanted. Being post menopausal and more mature, I also knew that it is very difficult for women of my age group to lose weight and gain long lean muscle.
The Cambridge Diet shakes and bars were delicious. Previously my diet left a lot to be desired and made worse because of my dislike for cooking. By substituting the Cambridge Diet for my regular meals I found that I didn’t need to spend money on vitamin supplements. I had energy and people told me that I was looking better than I had for years. My eyes were clear, my skin looked great and my hair (which was previously was falling out) stopped falling out and looked healthy and shiny.
Now, after only three and a half months, I have reshaped my body losing over 10 kg of fat and 27 ¼ inches, I look great and feel fantastic. Even though I have reached my initial weight loss goal and my BMI is in the healthy range, I now have the confidence to achieve my optimum goal weight so that my BMI will be 23%. I know that with the continued support and encouragement I receive at the salon I will achieve my weight goal and in the process I will gain more lean muscle and have the legs and abs that a much younger woman would be envious of.
I cannot thank Kylie and her wonderful staff for all the assistance and encouragement they have given me. They have given me a new lease on life. I now believe that in 5, 15 or 20 years time I can maintain and have a strong, lean healthy body, and, with work, slow down or even defy the ageing process!
