The best diet that actually works...

With a really big help from the Cambridge Diet and the Counsellor I can now enjoy the old me which is now the new me! I now enjoy exercising again and my three young daughters help my buy new clothes as the old ones don't actually fit me now. I am heaps more relaxed and happy and the comments from the other mums at school aren't bad either! They all wanted to know how I did it... I was more than happy to recommend the Cambridge Diet as being the best diet that actually works.
